On our production floor, a critical and meticulous step is currently taking place: our engineers are carefully loading high-precision steel balls into the raceway of a heavy-duty 2-meter slewing bearing. This specific component is custom-engineered for upcoming truck-mounted crane applications.
Rather than a simple final assembly, the insertion of these rolling elements is the heart of the bearing's functionality. Truck-mounted cranes operate under extreme lifting conditions, demanding flawless rotation and immense load-bearing capacity. By meticulously assembling these steel balls into the precisely ground raceway, we ensure optimal load distribution.
